    I've got 30 lbs on your scrawny ass but your lifts are blowing me out of the water!
    Goals for December 2007:

    Elite 1825 lb Total @220, trim down a bit in the mean time, too.

        Nov. 27 Squat/dl
        Decided to switch things up a little. Still just going on percents but I'm combining my squat and dl days.
        Raw squat off 14" box - warmed up to 355x5x5
        dl conv. set pins so the bar was 2" off the floor 275x5, 315x3, 365x3, 405x1, 455x1
        Back ext. with static hold at the top with 45lb plate 3 sets of 12
        did some abs and grip work

          Shirted bench full range with 2 sets of chain.
          Warmed up to 275x3 (couldn't touch) 315x3 (touched all reps here out) 365x3 385x2 (couldn't go a third cause my forearms were absolutely killing me!), 365x3, 315x3
          Raw 4 board work (I suck at these) 225x5, 275x5, 275x5, 225x8
          Did some pushdowns and went home.
          My wrist and forearm are still hurting like a son of a *****, but after some advice from Barbaccio, I should be getting back on track.

              Didn't really keep track of weights or anything, just went and had fun.
              Did some chins with both pronated and supinated grips
              Pulldowns for a few of sets using different attachments
              Chest support rows using three grips two sets each grip

                OHP's no leg drive dead stop at chest level 115x10x3
                Decline bench 185x12x2
                lying triceps ext. 45'sx10x3

                        Dec. 5 Blast strap work
                        Blast Strap pushups: bodyweight x15, with 50# weight vest 3x10, bw 2x15
                        BS Triceps ext. 4x8
                        BS face pulls with weight vest - 4x12, bw 2x15
                        BS static hold rows (full 10 count) bw 3x3, full rows 2x15
                        Bs curls 3x10
                        Rc work and went home

                          Dec, 7 back work
                          Warmed up with some chins then on to pulldowns 150x3x10
                          Seated rows 150x3x10
                          1 arm db rows 95x2x10
                          Played around with some cleans 135x5, 155x3, 185x3, 155x3x3, 135x3
                          seated db curls 40's couple sets of 10
                          1 arm db preacher curl 25 for a couple of sets didn't count reps just went til I felt a little pump.
                          Some forearm internal and external rotations
                          Some rc work
                          went home and pulled on it

                            Band pull aparts for rear delts and upper back couple sets of 15

                              When you pulled it, were you fantasizing about the huge biceps you're building with all those curls?

                              Also, how do like the Blast Straps?

                                How'd ya guess? Yeah I love those blast straps, you can get one hell of a workout from them. On the pushups they realy tax your stabilizers and really magnify your weak points. Def. worth the $!
