Just a quick easy recipe I've been eating a lot of for breakfast lately. Nothing complicated but to me it's pretty damn tasty and it makes getting a lot of food down very easy. You can use whatever amounts you want for this depending on what macro ranges you're trying to hit. The amount below is what I use this morning although I could've easily ate three plates of it LOL. You can also use lean ground turkey for this which I actually prefer sometimes.
8 over easy eggs
10 oz lightly seasoned ground beef (precooked weight/ I used 90%/ 10%)
8-10 oz sweet potato
Low carb BBQ sauce
Salt
Cook ground beef, sweet potato, and over easy eggs. On a plate mashup the sweet potato and lightly mix it in with the ground beef. Add desired amount of low-carb barbecue sauce over the top of ground beef/ sweet potato. Lay over easy eggs on top and lightly salt. Enjoy.
