    Good morning FG. Shoulders and a little biceps. Really good session this morning feel really good. Wanted to take a second and say thank you to all of you guys that comment or give the likes. Knowing you guys are out there and will be checking gives me alot of motivation to get up and go. I've been starting every session with Hypers. The gym I've been going to has a hyper machine. Which is different than I'm used to.

        Good morning FG. Something good has to be around the corner. Cause no one's luck can be bad all the time. Just getting over the flu. Missed 4 days of work. 5 days of gym. But hit it hard this morning didn't plan on it at all had every intention of hitting a quick in and out especially after the week of being sick. I'm always early so by the time partner is there on time. I'm fired up ready to go. Rode the bike did my Hypers an was doing some light lateral movements just warming up the shoulders. Lol sorry about the book.

                        if you can get into the doc within the first 48 hours they can give you the tamaflu stuff. it knocks it out within a couple of days
