                Good mornin FG. Damn that was a pretty good one freakin leg ext machine is all jacked up. Was at a bit of a loss on how to finish them off. But I'm feeling a little like i might puke so machine accomplished. Oh and I'm dropping anavar and adding anadrol at 100mg a day

                    A little reality brother. With how this year has gone. I don't believe I could be in better shape than I was the last time I was on stage. So I've decided too change things up a bit and shoot for these 2 shows that are always very close together. And enter them both the one is a smaller show where I look to do very well in. The next a national qualifier and we will just see. Lol. You'll notice my workouts will be changing up alot the reps are going down and the weight coming up. The biggest reason I want to change things up is my body is just responding better for some reason the heavy weights usually hurt my joints lately I have just been strong the heavier the better. So I'm gonna run with it. Cause heavy weights adds weight.

                      keep the weights as heavy as possible safely. dont get into the i need to do high reps crap mindset because it will cost you muscle in the long run. nothing wrong with pushing heavy weights for high end reps either but if it is to easy and you are just chasing reps the muscle will fall off. kill it man but be safe and you will do awesome.

                      as for the leg extension machine. i do sissy squats instead of leg extensions most of the time myself. i feel like they hammer the entire quad much more effectively than extensions
