Good morning FG. Been a minute ribs are feeling good got a little back in this morning and I mean a little. Lol pretty stiff. I plan on this being me getting back on the train. Going to make some big changes. Just been running trt for the last bit.

something i have learned in my wise beat up and broken old age is that when time off is forced getting back in hurts 10x worse than before. hell the pt even told me when something is hurt you still have to keep blood flow moving in the area and it working as well. the rest ice elevate notion isnt practiced for everything like it used to be.
your ribs though, not a real way to train anything with them puppies busted up. hell the bike for cardio would have been a no go

I didn't train but I only missed a half day of work from it. So the blood flow kept going to a point.
