Hot the wrong button. Anyway got in this morning. Got a quick push session in. Felt great no pains. Will he off tomorrow. But starting Monday for 10 days or so going to alternate push pull days until I get back in the swing of things.

I am actually in the hospital. Came in yesterday thought I was having a heartattack or something along those lines. Seems I was so dehydrated that it was causing the chest pains. So I'm still sitting here in the hospital waiting to talk to the dr.
