Re: Heavy's road to recovery log.

Well I ended up doing a pretty good workout. My neighbor is almost 80 and her husband died 3 years ago right after we moved in our house. He was always outside, And his yard was beautiful. So myself my wife and two other neighbors got together and cleaned all the brush out of the fence and the yard. It had grown pretty bad. It was a lot of work, and I am sunburned. lI was worth it, it looks good and our block looks better. She was so happy and it felt good to do it. The girls cleaned up her front porch, there were so many flowers you couldn't see, because of the weeds. We live on the last block in our town so our yards are really large now it looks even bigger and it gives the kids more room to play. She enjoys the kids keeping the rabbits out of her yard, Have a good weekend you all.

OK. So I have relaxed a little on training. Went on a long and over due date with my wife last night. I kind of went to hard at the beginning so I may back off to three days a week. I have really been pushing and need to listen to my body more often. I have had 4 days off so today I will workout. Have a great day every one see you this evening.

Re: Heavy's road to recovery log.

              I appreciate it guys.

Warm up with bands. Inside and out.
Used the 1lbs. medicine ball to do wall rotations.

              Standing barbell Curls: 3x 21
              Seated alternating cable curls. 3x15.

I set up my cable attachment on my squat rack so I can do some resistance stuff.

Bench press 2x10 with the bar then 1 set of two at 135Lbs. I was so happy to rep a plate. Man the feeling of a single plate on each side is the most comfortable
position in the world for me. I cant tell you how many times I have benched 135Lbs. I warm up with it for every thing, I have repped 135 more then any other amount 100%
today was a good day. It was a plate today it will be 4 plates soon. I wont be able to stop once I get some momentum. WHOOOOOO!

Ok just an update. Was called into work at 3:00am so no run this morning. I have my sons baseball game tonight so I will try to get a quick workout in before that.

Have a good day every one.

                        Hey folks.

I have been working a lot of hours, and at all times of the day and night. We have been having issues at my facility. Hopefully I got everything buttoned up this afternoon.
I haven't been doing much of anything, except work. I hope to get after it steady this week. Have a good day all.

Ok I am done with work for the week I hope. I am taking the weekend off. I will start full force so long as nothing at work interferes. And I have decided to go back on the gear.
My shoulder is healed and I have lost 15 lbs I need to recover. I am out of danger of a tear (almost) So I am jumping back on the train. Have a good weekend
Every one. See you all Monday!!
