Re: Heavy's road to recovery log.

    Back on the grind!

Squats 5x5 at 225 then walked a mile. This is all for today. I will take it slow instead of jumping back in like I never quit.

I started my cycle today Sust 450 and Proviron. I am pumped about the proviron.

    See you all tomorrow!!

Re: Heavy's road to recovery log.

I think I will do something like this for the big three. week 1 5x5 w2 6x6 w3 7x7 w4 8x8 then repeat. Ive never seen anything like this, and I feel it will help me recomp mass
quickly. I will most likely do abs, biceps and triceps every day before bed. Rich Piana has to know a little about body building.

We will see I am ready to rumble.

Re: Heavy's road to recovery log.

So today I woke up sick, not sure if its allergies or a little summer head cold. I left work a few hours early, and took a nap.
I woke up put my sweat suit on and closed all the doors in my garage and proceeded.
My shoulder was still a little sore from stretching it back to squat yesterday.

          Warm up with bands,

          Bench press: 6x20x65lbs.

          Triceps' rope press downs 4x20

Standing calve raises with two 50 lbs. kettle balls.

Walked a mile after. I feel better after a good sweat. I will take some niquil and get a good nights sleep and hopefully kick this stuff out. Have a good day, and see you all tomorrow.

Re: Heavy's road to recovery log.

I love my morning cardio (walks). Seems to be keeping my appetite elevated (which actually sucks a bit cuz Im trying to reverse diet).... also keeping a bit of extra water weight off and I just plain feel good. Keep kicking it in the ass brother.... you'll be full beast mode again before you know it.

Re: Heavy's road to recovery log.

                    Yesterday was chest.

                    7x20 with 30lbs. dumbells . tricep kick backs 5 x 15

I have found dumbells are less painful so I will continue to use them until my shoulder is completely healed.

I just found out I am going to Chicago in a few weeks so I am pumped about that.

Re: Heavy's road to recovery log.

Today was a good day. I squatted.

                      6x6- 225-245-265-285-305-315

And that was it. I had to set down. Holy shit I feel good. Lucky I had my phone so I could get this video of my last set. It was brutal.

It was 97 degrees F today. It was hot and I didn't think I was going to hit 315 for 6 but I did.

Ok so Thursday I had a huge arm day. I did a full arm workout then my buddy called and wanted to do arms so I did them again. I was torched.

Friday I did circuits. log press, to farmers, to lunges. then slad training and parachute runs. I had a good week. Have a happy forth.
