Re: Heavy's road to recovery log.

    Thank you Unclem.

Ok I am not sure of how far I ran this morning because I looked back and my running partner wasn't there. He didn't want to get out of the house this morning and I should have listened. I think I went a mile and a half, because I had to turn around and find that silly mother fucker. He was already home and in the kennel when I finally got home. Any who I ran for 16:34.02 straight. It was different I was mad because I was timing myself, But hell I ran further and feel good so screw it. I hope he went when he had the chance, because its going to be a long 9 hours before I get home. And he isn't getting any food until I get home either. So I plan on doing an arm only work out tonight. See you all then.

Oh yes so I am moving into the diet a little.
This morning I had a little power shake:
12oz 1% milk, 1 spoon full of peanut butter, half a spoon of coconut oil, 3 whole eggs (raw) 6 strawberry, and a little chocolate syrup and not that sugar free shit. Blend, chug, and done.
I ate a half cup of oat meal. That was my first meal.
Next will be another half cup of oat meal.
Lunch will be chicken alfredo with broccoli.
I will probably eat a sandwich, or two when I get home, workout, and then supper, and that's the start. as time goes on, and I am able to exercise more I will up my intake, and clean it up but for now every day will be pretty much this routine. See you all later.

Re: Heavy's road to recovery log.

      Tonight's workout.

Warm up with bands inside and out, plus medicine ball wall rotations.

      Arms: 5x20 triceps rope pushdowns.
      5x20 standing silly bar curls
      5x20 skull crushers
5x10 each arm alternating dumbbell curls
5 x 20 single arm triceps cable press downs
      5x20 single arm cable curls
      5x15 standing barbell curls

      Cardio 4x100 jump rope

Followed by 15 minutes of stretching.

Now arms are not my forte, But my options are limited at the moment. I have never been a big fan of working my biceps and triceps. I usually just get my size from the bench and dead lift and whatever other exercises I do that involves the arms. I actually enjoyed the workout, it was fast pace, and it felt good to see my arms pumped, even if it was momentary.

Awesome that youre starting a log bro, its great motivation and others can jump in and see what youre up too. Why not get on some test/deca or gh right now to make you heal up better and at the same time help cut some fat off?

Love the ink bro, ive got a polynesian half sleeve that i want to start soon..

One other question i had was, you started blasting and crusing for so long. Was your natty test competely shot or what? im sure by now if you came off you wouldnt produce anything for being on exogenous test for so long.

To answer your first question. The reason I don't start juicing to help with recovery is because I am an idiot. If I start feeling the test and the weight feels light I will start pushing myself very hard. Even if my shoulder hurts I wont listen I will keep pushing through the pain until I cant move my arm, which is what I did the first time to detach my tendon. Second question I started blasting and cruising because I finally found affordable gear. I was paying like 110$ a 10ml vial so I couldn't afford to buy it. I probably would have been blasting for years and years. Now I just want to see were I am naturally for a change. Thank for the questions and following.

Last night before bed I did about 90 crunches and 30 leg raises followed by a shake. 12oz of 1% milk half a cup of low fat cottage chees and a scoop of chocolate milk mix.

No mile this morning didn't get back from my sons game until late, then got called in to work at 1:30am. I will do something this afternoon. It wont be much. I am tired and sore from yesterday so This will most likely be a cardio/leg and abs day. Have a great day everyone.

                          Thanks a lot.

I am just going to take the day off. I would normally take a day off in the middle of the week. I will be ready to go tomorrow. I will be eating clean and I walk my dog a mile every day. I will keep a fast pace. He likes to any way. I may do some jump rope, and abs, but I will just relax tonight.

No running this morning. It was raining and pouring. My shoulder is pretty sore so I will take a few days off. Have a great weekend everyone.
