Felt tired today but got two cardio two ab and a gym session in bam posing for second time today...
To be honest I've started having a few tokes and instead of my mind racing and no energy to move I slow down and can keep the ball rolling.
I had this realization today that I still have three weeks and although I've been doing well I have time to get at this 110% until the end and make it count nothing else matters until dinner after the show...
