You know I love pics! Looks like you have put quite a bit of muscle on the shoulders and upper arms. I looked back at your page 1 pics and it's hard to believe you are the same man. Great job over the past couple of years. How are you doing with your boat or was it a yacht?

My side delts are crazy popping and chest that was the goal though I just worry the delts look like synthol lol
