    Bench Day!

    *Today’s Bench session was a great to be had by me. Although the numbers are low and the volume isn’t all that impressive, I was able to achieve some lifts that I haven’t seen in almost a year. It is now approximately twenty-four hours post workout and I have absolutely zero shoulder pain, I may be on the road to recovery!!! Thanks for following along.
