      Great work! I can't SEE where any of your upper body looks hampered at all you look very balanced so if it is all about the weight just get it rehabe'd, move on and be careful. We're not in our 20's anymore. I would be willing to bet quite a bit, that you look better now than you did in your 20's.

                                I wouldn't say full tilt. My bench is def buhbye at the moment. Going to focus on accessory lifts and squat n deads for a while.
