No gym gave blood today. Took forever and messed up my eating some. My hemoglobin was high about 16 its always been about 12, only thing that is different from any other time is the orals I'm taking.

Bent over BB rows: 6x10 (double drop set last set)
Tbar rows: 4x12
hammer rows: 4x12
Reverse grip high rows: 5x15 ( double drop set last set)
back extensions: 4x20
Standing calf raises super set with db curls: 4x20
Think giving blood yesterday was still messing with me felt kinda weak, still a good workout.

Car trouble today dang it. You know your dedicated when you push your car up a small hill to get to the gym and still do legs, or you just dont have a phone lol.

This is the last week of my cycle. I dropped the test E last week, and useing the prop and tren I have left open this week so I can go straight into pct next week without that crappy week in between waiting for the test e to get all the way out of my system.
