                  Yep I feel like crap I'm not happy no energy but I find something to be positive about ed and that gets me by. I really miss salt I love salt I would kill for a cracker.

                            I'll stray carb and water deplet 1 week out stop creatin and powder protine 1 week out also have my water pill ready to go 4 days out.
