    Update I'm 270 lbs -about 14% bf and going strong thanks to guns and tgbsupplements and 02 for all ur advice and help my brothers forever

          Damn 270.... I need some height to catch up to you guys. I'm trying to hit 230 to 240 before I start cutting down. That's going to be pushing the limits for my height. We'll see what happens

                1200 mg test e per week
                800 mg fina e per week
                600 mg masteron e per week
                1000 mg eq per week
                Cardio five times a week
                One muscle group per day high reps low weight
                Supplements
                Vitargo
                Creatine
                Beta alanine
                Multi vite
                Mr Hyde pre workout
                Fat burner not sure which one I'll email tgb for suggestions
                Diet will be all meat and whey carbs will be 80% vitargo the rest from veggies I'm at 270 now wanna keep as much as I can but get my bf to 5% I'll keep this log updated also
