                Coffee no sugar? I use 2 heaping servings of NO Xplode in the AM but that's about 20 grams carbs I believe

                  put the oats closer to the end of the day. do a 16oz sweet potato first thing am then 8oz pre workout and then another 8oz post workout. your carbs are consistantly low is the issue you are having which in turn is making you flat and tired. ramping them up for a little bit will stoke up your metabolism and give you more energy
