    Friday:

    Fabulous day in the gym today. I felt very strong and had a great time the whole way through. Must be strength from the ribs and fries I had on my day off. Eggs, chicken and fish for me today.

    Biceps/ Hams Tuesday/Friday

    StairMaster 5 min warm-up
    Seated leg curl 97x60x3, 20 bottom partials, 20 top partials, 20 full range (warm-up)
    HS Plated curls 25x24x1, 30x17x1, 30x19x1 35x13x1 each was to failure
    SL Deads 60x16x1, 80x14x1, 80x12x1
    Roller work
    Glute Machine 50x20x3 ea. leg. 3 different leg positions
    Wide Cable curls 40x23x1, 50x16x1, 60x12x1 each to failure
    Lying Leg curls 50x16x3 hold and squeeze at the top w/ 3 second descents
    HS Abs 10x20x3
    Seated Calf raises 163x20x3
    Straight arm wrist curls 30lb barbellx45x3
    Standing Calf raises 180x20x3
    Bent elbow Seated wrist curls 30lb x25x3
    Reverse grip preacher curls palms down 20lb bb x20x3

          Ladies night got to me but I still had a great workout this morning. After a brutal quad workout yesterday it was nice to focus on my upper body.

                  Yes I stopped. I don't want to post a diet that has not worked, that would be wrong. I have eaten cleaner this year than ever and still have the same measurements. I have great workouts but am very discouraged and I know it is my diet. My anniversary is in 10 days and I look worse this year. I just want to cry and I'm not much of a crier. Thanks for asking.

                    you got me stumped on that one because your high days were maint levels which is even with what you need and you went all the way down to 25% of a deficet in cals. their is no reason at all why it shouldnt have pulled weight off even a small amount of muscle. i am perplexed on that one

                            I have been a bit absent myself. Just trying to squeeze the last bit of fun out of summer before we start work. I am doing well, getting tons of sleep and loving life. Take care not to get too run down. Great workouts by the way! Much love.

                                Leg extensions 44x60x3 20 upper partials, 20 lower partials 20 full range

                                Hack 35 x12x3 All the way to the stops
                                Roller work
                                HS Plated Single leg extension 25x12x3 hard peg. Controlled and hold at the top.
                                Overhead Rope triceps 70x12x1, 80, 90x12 each
                                Seated Leg Press Machine 150x12x3
                                HS Ab 10x20x3
                                Seated Calf raises 230x20x3
                                Straight arm wrist curls palms down 25lb barbellx20x3
