      Felt great this morning but totally crashed after my workout. Rested, took a 20 minute nap now I'm ready to go back and do cardio. See ya.

      Stairmaster level 10 warmup 5 min

      Back to the gym for cardio

      1 Tbsp Coconut oil
      Flax, glutamine, vitamins,

                Great day in VEGAS!!
                Chest and Shoulders with plenty of showing off for anyone who never makes progress. A guy told me I will be beating up Rake with my huge upper body. LOL

                No Carb and hit it spot on. 1600 cal super hard to hit. Thanks guns.

                            Love being back in the gym every day. I feel like I'm making progress. My laptop broke today so I have to rebuild my workout and meal files cause I didn't back up my stuff.

                            Quads and Tris today and medium carb diet. On track.

                              you should be able to go back through your log and retrieve most of the info here trixie. that's why i harp about the logs so much. and you can also so what is working and what isnt
