    Lazy today sent Rake to work and took off to get my nails done and go clothes shopping. Super starved and there is a Jack-In-The-Box; lets stop in and get fries since Rake isn't here to catch me. Guess what?? He took the window control out of my car; no way to order in drive through, ughh he saved me from myself. I went home and made an omelet.

    Well I get to go work out today after all, wish me luck.

          i honestly can say you can see the added muscle that you have put on in your upper body. arms/delts are popping big time. now dont do the starvation crap and lets hold onto the max amount of muscle possible and then next year add on some more. STAY AWAY FROM THE SCALE and jack in the box haha

            Got a short workout in yesterday afternoon.

            Chest and Shoulders on Thursdays

            Stair Master 5 min level 8
            Plated Decline Press 1 pps x 16x2, x7x1
            Pullovers 30x16x3
            Shoulder shrugs 25 lbs dumb bells 16x3
            Reverse pec deck 30x12x3
            Slant Board side to side 20x3

            Low Carb 30, Cal 1600 1/8
            2 C Coffee
            Ground Turkey
            2 scoop Gold Standard whey shake w vitamins
            3whole egg Omlett w/ cheese
            Rotisserie Chicken
            2 Scoop Syntha-6 Strawberry Milkshake flavor

                    Nice one, pps? Ops? Personal? Lol I'm confused I was thinking a Pb personal best.
                    I've never been one to try to lift a lot but been Squating 2plates a side for my sets ass to grass it feels good and could prob go a little heavier soon just afraid but should try to fail...

                        Yesterday:

                        Well old habits die hard. No workout yesterday so all I have to report is the diet. I am bumping up the calories and clean fats just when I was preparing to really get strict and try to dump some body fat. I have been assured that this will work as long as I follow the plan so I'm going for it. Didn't quite hit my calorie goal for yesterday but will do better today just need to eat more. All my carbs came from my 2 shakes.

                        No Carb , Cal 1600 1/9
                        1 whole egg + 2 whites
                        1 Tbsp Coconut oil
                        2 scoop Gold Standard whey shake w Almond Milk / vitamins
                        1 Tbsp Coconut oil
                        Ground Turkey
                        2 Scoop Syntha-6 Strawberry Milkshake flavor
                        Pro 140g, Carb 34g, Fat 44g, Cal 1266

                          Great day for sitting in a crowded Sport book all day. I took just enough food to meet the totals for my day. No workout but a lot of confidence from my friends here got me in the right frame of mind. Thanks to everyone who helps me.

                          No Carb 0, Cal 1600 1/10
                          3 Whole eggs and bacon

                          1 Tbsp Coconut oil

                                1 Tbsp Coconut oil
                                2 scoop IsoFusion Orange Cream
                                1/4 C Rice
                                1 Tbsp Coconut oil
                                Chicken Caesar Salad
                                Crutons
                                2 scoop Gold Standard whey shake w Almond Milk
                                Pro 152g, Carb 63g, Fat 62, cal 1694

                                Short on protein and calories today but I will get this ironed out I promise.
