it is by far the most difficult aspect for most people to master unless you have a lot of self discipline to begin with. in this sport and i know it from personal experience when i started out. you cant say well i will have this cheese burger or whatever and then do extra cardio to take it back off. or eat this piece of cake and zero out for a wk to deplete it off. it most certainly doesnt work. what got me was the fact that i work hard to begin with and to lose to someone that you are better than because you cut corners was just to much for me to bear. so now i never deviate at all from the plan at all and i have done very very well ever since i stopped messing around

feeling weak and miserable is the exact sensation you get when your body fat is lower than what you body wants and drying it out also intensifies that feeling. so feeling like death for the last days leading in is perfectly normal and a good indicator for us. this is the only sport in the entire world where you are at your absolute best at your weakest. as for the foods lol, 6lbs of protein in a day with 2-3-400 carbs is quite a bit of carbs is a ton of food. still starving but not about to eat my chair at this point. tomorrow is the last training and cardio session so i shouldnt be as hungry going into the weekend

great workout today and i got a lot of good blood in my back. i knocked that session down in about 45 minutes total with a super fast pace. i also had to work an event today so i was on my feet again for about 4 hours. no water in my feet or knees today so it should have no impact tomorrow lol. CARB LOADING HAS BEGUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! water tracking will begin tomorrow as well as i shift over to distilled water for the rest of the week. i have been at a constant 2 1/2 gals for the duration of prep. so i am going to be cruising out this week with 2gal of distilled.

i am guessing all this excess protein i have been taking in for the past 18 wks or so is making me fat because i eat it day in and day out. what a crock of shit but to each their own

i feel great until it is over and then i am toast for the rest of the day. i think i can mentally crush it in the gym and for cardio but my drive to get anything else done is a stretch a lot of the time. i have to work an event tomorrow for a sponsor so i am starting to load tomorrow and overload water. that should set up the next 4 training days to be killer. i hate that i timed that last leg workout on such a low day but nonetheless i still felt strong and focused. still got a nasty pump as well, so even though i do get worn out afterwards my body is firing very very well during training. thinking out load but i think it is from bumping some of my cycle up at the end and adding in the secret ingredient that i finally found again
