haha, you guys are always invited. now i have to say if you and rake so the fat and nasty goodness dripping off the burgers you would have said no freaking way lol. i think one half of my burger could feed you for a week and rake could get by on one maybe one and a half for a week. they are def not good for you nor are they healthy by any stretch of the imagination. what sucks about them is you have to use 80/20 with bread crumbs for them to stay together while cooking them. i tried leaner cuts before and it just crumbles. so it is a once a month kind of thing at most or i will have a heart attack

im guessing your saying you made sammys out of 12 whole eggs? but still that is unreal! i remember when i was eating 12 eggs a day and i thought i was eating a lot of eggs, but all in one meal is impressive.
12 whole eggs makes about 4-5 sandwhiches depending on how much you stuff in each one.

let me tell you a poor man's egg story. well young guns couldnt always afford good stuff to eat when bulking and dieting when he was a young pup in the military. so eggs cost about 10-12 bucks for 15 dozen. you could get a flat of tuna for about 15 bucks (50 cans) 2lb tube of strawberry yogurt for 2 bucks and 1lb container of cottage cheese for under 2 bucks. so this is what a day would look like

    meal 1
2lb container of strawberry or vanilla yogurt
    2 cups oats
    meal 2-5
    12 whole eggs
    2 cups grits mixed in
    meal 6-8
    2 whole cans of tuna
    2 cups of oats
    30 minutes before bed
    1lb cottage cheese
    1 cup oats

that is what a normal day looked like for poor guns. now if the eggs would jump up in price close to 20 bucks then i would eat 14-18 cans of tuna with the yogurt and cottage cheese. notice i didnt do any shakes? couldnt afford it early on haha. i have came a long way since that lowly e1-3 lol. those are some memories right there

i made the call not to wear my sleeve yesterday. stupid move on my part because the distal tendon is very fragle and i havent had it repaired. not fully torn but it would be damn easy to pop it off completely. i wont do that crap again that's for sure. i didnt hurt it but i know better and i caught it before i did hurt it though. pump was great and moved some pretty good numbers. added in angle dust and dark matter to my supplement lineup this week. can tell a difference with the angle dust but it is to early for the dark matter. the dark matter doesnt irritate my stomach so that's an added plus for sure
