    I decided to tan, the past 2 days, to get a little base before we head to Arizona. I haventtanned in a bed for probaly 15 years. I only went 5 minutes and today I am on fire,lol. So I am moving slow but wiull head to the gym later morning.


    Yesterday


    Wed: Chest, Shoulders, Abs + 30 sec sprints

    Incline DB Press 3 X 15, super-set with Overhead DB Shoulder Press 3 X 15

    Cable Crossovers 3 X 15, Push-ups as active rests 3 X 12


    One-armed Overhead DB Squat (each side) 3 X 15, with V-ups on Bench as active rests 3 X 15


    Side DB Laterals 3 X 15, super-set with Upright Rows 3 X 15


    Tri – set: Dips 3 X 15, Roman Chair Leg Raises 3 X 15, Standard Push-ups 3 X 15 (perform 15, 15, 15 X 3)



    30 Sec sprints on treadmill (level 8 – 30 seconds on/30 seconds off)

      be careful baby1, your body cant cool or recover as efficently when your skin is burned.

        Took your advice and took a gym rest day. Back at it today but no tanning

            It's been a hell of a few days... Starting tomorrow moeningI am back in the groove. Have a short road trip today and I cant wait to get ack to the gym. Alawsys keep my eating in check though

                Made it back yesterday. All in all it was a good session. Haven't went in the tanning bed since I burnt in there. Guns, you were right once again! I will just stick to the natural sun, and even minimize time in that. I am better a pale face...

                Bent-over BB Row or T-bar Row 3 X 15, jumprope for a inute in between sets


                Standing Alternating DB Curls 3 X 20, super-set with Bench Dips 3 X 12


                Machine or BB Preacher Curls 3 X 12, super-set with Narrow


                Push-ups 3 X 12


                Triceps Rope Push-downs 3 X 12, jumprope


                Overhead Triceps Rope Pull 3 X 12, with Bicycle Crunches as active rests 3 X 25


                30 sec sprints on treadmill

                  if you can get into one of the uvb beds baby1 you are far better off. they filter out all the nasty stuff and it will not burn you. much deeper richer tan also. they usually charge you more to use those beds though. they look like space pods haha. that's the one i opt for when i indoor tan.

                    Slighltyslacking this week...UGH! I WILL NOT let that happen. Just getting acclamated to the crazy softall travel season. Did get to the gym a few days but I also have had some of my pain issues return. That wont hold me down though because I know how to heal my own body now. Heading into the gym now for a short session before a day of games! I need to light a fire under my ass

                      i feel your pain on that one baby1. i found that once i get there and get moving it is much easier to get the fire burning. try to get in as early as you possibly can because the longer the day goes, the harder it is to drive your ass to get in there. the dread sets in on you haha. late for me is like 1030-11 though

                        I'm still here... Just got back from traveling with my daughter for softball. Was my first long trip with her solo so I had to stay ultra focused. Managed to get a little gym time in but today its all back in. On my way to the gym in an hour. Can't wait cause I feel a bit bloated,lol

                          Tuesday- back n cardio

                          Wednesday- Chest and cardio

                          Thursday- long leg session, no cardio

                          Today...no gym..a day at the softball fields starting in an hour. I will walk the park a few times and jump up and down a lot,lol!

                                Getting my gym time in... Have to stay accountable here but I am keep my log a bit short till I can elaborate more.

                                Monday- back, bis, abs, cardio

                                Tuesday- chest, tris, cardio

                                Today....leg day...OHH AHH, the shakes, famished...here we go!!!
