Great day , yesterday! Trying to get to the gym today, ut have a lot to do before a mii roadtrip softball weeked. I will just keep moving and jump around more, if I cant get there. I plan on training while I am gone. Psyched to get away!

Still going here! Was out of town for softball and then our 4 kittens are keeping me busy.

Hit PF today and tried the 30 minute circuit because I was pressed for time. It took me a bit longer because I added things to it but I def got a good workout. Red light green light was quite fun. Followed up with massage chair and the tootsie roll

Smith machine bar on an incline – 3 X 10

Bent-over BB row, super-set with seated row – 3 X 8 + 8

Wide grip Lat Pull-down – 3 X 10

One-armed row – 3 X 8

Hammer Strength Pull-downs – 3 X 10

Hyper extensions – 3 X 8

30 minute – medium intensity cardio

Wide grip flat bench press – 5 X 8 (1 warm-up set, 3 reg sets, 1 set of negatives)

Wide push-ups – 3 X 15

Cable crossovers – 3 X 10

Hammer Strength incline press – 3 X 10

Side to side push-ups – 3 X 10

Alternating abdominal toe touches, super-set w/ crunches (legs straight in the air) – 3 X 20 + 20

Roman Chair leg raise – 3 X 10

Cable rope crunches – 3 X 10

30 minute – cardio

It's been a bit but I have still been working on my goals. We were in Cal a couple weeks ago and I managed to stay on track there. Added some new goals I am working towards!

Alright, alright, alright...well it got me!!! Between Fuzo,and our daughter, I'm sporting a fever, sexy voice and all the shit that goes with whatever this virus is. Haven't been to the gym since Wednesday and I plan on going tomorrow. On the good side, I have done my holiday shopping, online.

At the tail end of this crazy virus. It seems to have changed into several different things for over a month. Ending it with an ear infection, and had to cave and take crap anti biotics. Ripping up ,my stomach BUT life is good. Back in the gym today and easing back in slow.

Thanks guns, it really feels good to be in there again. I am taking it slow and just enjoying the slower progress.

You have such a great attitude. So many of us want change immediately and get frustrated when it comes slow. Keep it up and play the long game! YOU GOT THIS!
