As some of you know I follow a super strict meal plan every week ending with a re-feed day. Thought I would share these last 5 days because tomorrow I eat. This week I only used eggs,chicken thighs, whey and ground turkey for protein. maple and brown sugar oats for carbs, Peanut butter for fat, no vegetables, no condiments other then mustard. I know people will say BS but keep in mind I have a desk job, burn very few calories during the day and been doing this for years.
Mon-friday
6am 12 whole eggs
7am trained
8am 60g whey mixed with h20 and 2 packs oats
9am get to job 2 cans tuna plan
12pm 8oz chicken thighs or turkey, 2 tbs peanut butter
3pm same as 12pm meal
530pm same as 3pm meal
6pm leave work
8pm 12 whole eggs
if still hungry I repeat any of the last 3 meals.
Tomorrow I am off work and going to re-feed on anything and everything with high simple carbs, fats and suger for half the day. Maybe I will take pics of each meal I have in front of me.. Anyway thought i would share my crazy ass week.
