yes it was stupid painful, yes i am bruised all to hell now and yes it opened up the entire area that was worked. you cant see it in the pic but she worked my obliques hips top of the glutes and my tail bone area as well. the amount of fluid it draws to the surface during the repair after the sessions is insane. you can see how much water it pulled up and that's about an hour after i had it done. now i am dehydrated as hell and pounding water. she says i came in well hydrated then she did her thing and dehydrated me and now i have to rehydrate all those muscles and stuff for both healing and to get them to fill back out again. pretty cool to me and well worth the pain and discomfort to get stuff fixed. all done in under 30 mins

Re: Post Graston Work Today
First time I got Graston I came home and was getting undressed and my wife is like OMG! WTH happened to you? You're bruised all over!
It looks bad but there is minimal pain involved. The results are nothing short of remarkable.

Re: Post Graston Work Today
it's not training it's a therapy technique. they go into areas that are injured or have scar tissue built up and break it up. it opens up the fascia restores blood flow nerve conductivity and a host of other things like range of motion. sk says it dont hurt and some areas dont but i will tell you this, i almost pissed my pants and or came off the table a couple of times esp on my ribs tail bone area obliques and hips. i want standing up full straight and my back was pulling really bad when i went in and it opened everything back up nicelyOriginally posted by MOUNTAIN-MAN View PostWhat does this tranning invole guns what is it?TGBSupplements REP

Re: Post Graston Work Today
if you speak to the thearpist doing the work on you baby1 and let them know about your issues, i am sure they can do a cheap small test run on an area to make sure it doesnt mess you up. if you have them work your neck, trap rhomboid area it may help with head aches and your face pain. that is if you have scar tissue and tightness in those areas. they can run their hands over the area and feel binding, then they break out the tools and the torture begins. they cant fake the funk on this work either because you can literally hear and feel it breaking apartOriginally posted by BABY1 View PostI recently started talking to my sis in law again and she is a Naturopath so I am going to run this by her for me cause it does sound promisingTGBSupplements REP
