Man I waited too and you will kick yourself. It's very uncomfortable but tolerable pain wise but after man is soooo worth it.
I just wonder if it will help me.....like i said mine is joint related and not muscular. i assume graston works on the muscles.
my back is bone related and it made mine feel brand new. so i would say yes, give it a try. i got a couple people i know with shoulder issues that are all but pretty much fixed as well. so that's 4 people i know of that have bone or joint related issues that are being helped
