He is a smart guy and I don't hate him I just think he acts like a brat sometimes. I do not agree with what he just said about protien powder at my heavyest I was 299 2% bf in 2001 I won first ace in my first comp. I used protien powder a lot I'm talking 5 lbs every 5 days. I used 15 meal
Replacement shakes a week myoplex delux. I abate three whe food meals ed I was gettin in 650 grams of protien ed I could not afford to do that with food. That being said he knows a lot of stuff about bb but he is wrong on this subject.

All about opinions, in the end, and what works for one person doesn't always work for another. I believe much more in real food but I also throw in protein powder but honestly, have a harder time digesting that than food proteins. That's just me though and I am weird like that,lol

i agree baby everyone is diff. i think the problem is people buy protien powder and think the more they drink the bigger they will get ,what they forget about is most protien powder has 2-5 mg of carbs per scoop and we all know u need carbs to grow

i hate this dude and this video is exactly why i wont buy any of his products even if it is the best on the market. he is full of it to the max and i absolutely hate how he contradicts himself from video to video and lies about anything and everything he spews.

i am also of the real food instead of supps but some people need supps because of life and their scheds.

Good video, but I disagree with the fact that it is all the same. I sell supplements for a living and the Industry is so innovative and has changed dramatically in the past 20 years.

I do understand what he means though..alot of the major companies push basics as if they are new.
