    I watch his stuff. I take some points and discard many lol! I go through these while in do cardio.

    My biggest pet peeve is his claims he god off cycle for sometimes 6 months. I don't think he's been off cycle in two plus maybe 3 decades.

      that's the whole point of me not liking or believing a word he says. my thing is if you are going to talk about something dont bs or make shit up. people are going to believe you and if you are lying you could be hurting someone that could be a damn good up and comer. then add in making money off of your bs and lies is even worse. dont want to be honest about what you do or use, then dont talk about it or deny deny deny. cant loose that way

        Yea I like watching his videos. Sometimes I don't fully agree with him but I think he speaks the truth most of the time.

            never heard of this guy, I'm about halfway thru the vid and i like what i hear.
