My Puppy Lexi

I just got my new puppy Lexi.. She is a pure Bred German Shepherd and she is 6 weeks old... Isn't she just freaking adorable ?!?!?!?! ..

Right now she is being trained to be my helper/service dog so she will be gone for about 6 months from me depending on how fast she learns.. Every week she will come over to my apartment and stay with me so she can get used to my apartment and bond with my daughter and I .. The trainer and I will also be going out to major stores and malls to train her to walk besides me on my walker and wheel chair and when we go to restraunts... I'm so freaking excited !!!..

I love her to death already and I can't wait till she can already be with me forever !.. Love my little furbaby...

she is a beautiful and they are awesome dogs. a good friend of ours has one they got for protection when he is gone or deployed. they are unreal and super smart. get ready for the shedding though haha but that's something you and your daughter will enjoy doing, brushing and primping your new dog

She is awesome.. I met her parents and they are huge !.. I am hoping she will be medium sized .. Not too big and not to small cuz my apartment isn't huge or anything. She's already potty trained, sits, stays, comes, lays, walks besides you .. So it does seem like she's a quick learner ..

Oh that is so cool Diva. Keep us posted on how she is doing. Lots of pictures! Will be cool to see her grow up. She looks muscular.

I have had german shepherds most of my life. Might be the most versatile breed of them all. German sheps can do just about anything. They are super smart and loyal and put their total focus on one person. Plus, with german shepherds in the house, you can sleep good at night...Maybe I will get another one, I dont know. One of my males was only about 67 pounds but was a rocket. I had him in szchuzhund training for a couple years. Would love to find a female like that.

cute little fur ball... good for you diva.. I love dogs.. I don't think I will ever live without one.. when my old crew passed away I didn't have any for 6 months or so and I was bored.. I like taking them for walks and I enjoy being outside..
