Hey does anyone else just hate eating? Don't get me wrong I get hungry and I enjoy food but sometimes I seriously think I could just drink everything I consume and be just fine. I hate eating out but because my job I have to a lot but always feel like food SUCKS no matter where I go. I'm really not even sure how I've maintained my mass over the decades with how little I enjoy eating.
Anyone else suffer this? Trust me I don't look like I'm suffering lol!
Sometimes I do, and I have allways had the passion for cooking and eating, that's why I like my protein shakes a few gulps and I'm good just that quick and simple. for breakfast hell yeah I'd rather have chicken fried steak n' gravy with my eggs rather than the same ol' pasty assed oatmeal and raisins every morning, so yeah in that sense it can be a drag. I heard Rich Piana say "Ya gotta do what ever it takes, if you're not hungry just eat the f#cking food"!! Jus gotta kick outta how he said that.
Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.
Hell of a great point 6p6! I love food but hate not having the best appetite and having the cram stuff down my throat just so I don't lose a few lbs lol. And I find myself eating crap just because it's most convenient!
Eating can be a pain in the ass. Its never convenient and its an interruption. I wish I could just eat once a day and call it good.
What's funny when I was in AK, I got shake and bars in between meals but really only eating two legit meals daily cause of time and travel/work etc. I actually gained weight!
I know my protein was way down from normal. Makes me think our small meals throughout the day might not be necessary. It would be a hard habit for me to stop though.
I remember back in the 90s, I lived for 3 months one time on nothing but Met-rx and some green veggie powder. I got ripped and felt great. I dont recommend that, but it did work.
Not a big fan of eating clean all the time but food in general I love and when out of town I hit up the urbanspoon.com and see what works for the night. Found some great food I would of never found otherwise
It really depends where my head is at and what my body looks like. I like to maintain a certain lean look most of the time but to put on mass that alway doesn't work. It's the times when I'm trying to grow I hate to eat. I know I can lose the weight and keep some of the new muscle but it's a mental struggle sometimes. Good thread.

i am a big eater and i freaking love to eat. i have even come up with tricks to make it where i can eat more haha. i would guess that long boring contest dieting and watching the cooking channels have made me a food junkie haha
i eat what i want, normally very healthy but i do not eat on a schedule or worry about grams of protein. i just stopped that as it was causing me to think of eating as a chore rather than a pleasure and i will not give up that aspect of food.
