Every day I get to go to the gym and do what I love and am passionate about is a good day. Reminded of how fortunate I am to be physically able to go in there and do my best. Absolutely love it!

Being part of a community where when someone has success they share their knowledge and help others achieve their goals. Taking time to help another person is the most selfless thing I can think of. Probably something I should do more of.
