I appreciate that MM. I try to be positive here but trust me, I have my moments. If you followed me around on a day to day basis you would find I am not always so upbeat. That's why I love reading the comments in here and I am real lucky to have some great people around me that help remind me to be grateful. I am however a true inspiration

The inspiration I get from others, especially in the gym. I love watching people giving 100 percent. It motivates me to get in there and do my best. I think those of us who train in whatever type of fitness feed off each other. I know I do.

Today is an easy one. My wife, the mother to my kids and my mom. Both strong, wonderful women who help shape my life.

My true friends. You find out who they real fast when sh!t hits the fan. I have a handful of close people like that and I am very grateful for them.

MY amazingly strong intuition. I have realized I have had this my whole life but because it can sometimes seem freaky, I resisted it. Now I feel like it is my 6th sense and I embrace it cause it is cool as SHIT!!!!lol

My wife. She has been through hell and back with me and come out the other side holding my hand. She is the one person I take for granted the most but the one person I wouldn't want to be without.
