being who I am. I spend a lot of time on line and communicating with other people. It is so hard to find people who hold themselves to any set of morals. I have a lot of flaws and shortcomings but what you read is what you get. It makes the select few out there that I am friends with all the more important.

I am grateful for having been born in the United States, as opposed to Zambia or places such as that.
I am grateful for being able to run, let alone walk - I had metal shoes and a metal bar between my ankles as a child due to being horribly bow legged.
I am grateful for being able to see - Wills Eye Hospital took great care of a two year old who, after surgery, received his first pair of bifocals and could see more than blobs for the first time ever.

But mostly, I am grateful for The Rooms of AA for giving me my life back after I threw it away.
