I've got something going on, where the right side of my ankle and foot are numb on my left leg. Only there and no where else, it doesnt hurt, but its been like that since last weekend and hasnt went away.

Did u do a shot on that side ? I lost feeling in my foot one time from a calve shot that hit a nerve but it only lasted a few days

Yea but this happened about 2 days after quad shot.

probably pressed or aggraved a nerve man. it should come back but sometimes it takes a while. if it was continuously shooting like electricity then you have a big problem

I havent worked my back or legs this week bc of it. It doesnt hurt at all but as soon as it started I started elevating and treating like it was injured didnt want to take a chance.

heat the area that you hit in your quad to speed up it leaving the area. that should help speed up the process a little

have you hurt your lower back lately or had injuries in spine? my big toe and the top of my front goes numb sometimes from spinal stenosis. its different vertabra for different parts of the foot

I have pinched nerves in several areas. Many times it is actually one nerve that is pinched up higher and it cause more pinched ones calling it a "double Crush" .

I have a pinched nerve in l5/s1 and it causes other nerves to be pinched in other areas of my leg and foot, as well as sciatica. Pinched nerve in this lumbar level can cause outside foot pain and numbness, but I would assume you would have other pain further up as well and not just in the foot.

Try foam tolleing your hammys, quads and calves cause even tight muscles can pinch nerves

I agree with mountain-man that you should see a doc if this doesn't improve soon . The only pinched nerve iv'e had is in my back and can be brutal . For me it was pain meds and the chiropractor that got rid of it . Best of luck getting over this so you can get back to training back/legs and make progress .

No it doesnt shoot up my leg or anything. I'm gonna use my foam roller today, maybe it will help. If not I got to go to the doc next week any way.
