If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
Hot soaking bath, jacuzzi tub if possible has helped me in the past. I had a pinched nerve one time that kept me from sleeping comfortably. I would actually be able to get some rest propped up in the tub with hot ass water.
I believe I'm gtg now. Just freaked bc thats never happened before. I hit my back yesterday, just stuff I could do seated and everything feels fine today.
