i like chef irvine and this show. he just developed a bad ass protein bar for some company i cant remember that is actually damn good and has a great nutrition profile. and the shirts, well you have to size down your clothes to intimidate people that you are going to be destroying over a few days. i also think it's pretty cool to have a big time chef that is actually in really good shape
