Ammo is so darn expensive anymore. Is it cheaper in Mexico? I wonder if it is worth it to rent a car and drive there or fly there and fedx some back here

it is getting much cheaper and more plentiful in my area. at least ball ammo is. starting to see tons and tons of 5.56 and 9mm again and at 20-30cents a round that's pretty damn good when it was almost a buck not to long ago and hard to find.

It's starting to come back around in my area too. You couldn't find anything for a while, but I'm seeing stock on store shelves now. Hopefjlly the prices come back down a bit now.

Its coming down here brother. Not nearly the same price before the hike but its low enough to where its affordable now.

I went to walmart they had 50ct 9mm brass cased for $20

and they had 3 boxes of 100 HV .22 winchester for $9 and I picked up 4-50 ct boxes of CCI SV .22 at gandermountain for $4

All you ammo experts, how long can you keep ammo before its bad. I have alot of 7.62 stored up, and i keep it good and dry and in room temp. I've had it at least a few years.

as long as it is kept dry and doesn't get warm a very long time

i keep it in my house in the air conditioning, and dry in ammo cans

Well its been in there for like 2 months lol. Ill take it out and bring it with me everytime i go out that way its not sitting in my car 247
