Re: Garden workout

That's nuts! We cannot have one here either but some of our European neighbors are breaking all the rules and doing a garden, lol. My gardening days were back in my kid days, chores that I would love to do nowVeritas Vos Liberabit

Re: Garden workout
I was a corn picker. and seller, on the side of the road, lol. Picking good ears, and loading up the wheelbarrow. I guess that was my first job. That was in the "country" where I spent time staying with my aunt and uncle. At home it was, grass cutting, weed pulling, planting flowers, raking and all the stuff we had no choice in doing. Now, I feel that pull to all those things again. That is the simple lifeVeritas Vos Liberabit

Re: Garden workout
my buddies dad came back from WWII and started his farm. he had equipment from when they first started. when we pulled rows we would pull 3 rows at a time with closed cab john deere tractors. when they did it they would only pull one row at a time. you work in ag you will work your ass off thats for sure. we did lay the field by hand to put stake in the ground to pull ditches. once there were plants in the ground we didnt do much keep the pumps running fix stuff here and there and keep the wild life out like deere and hogs..
