take a look at the intra md man. i dont train without it ever. tgb carries it for under 50 bucks. start with one scoop and asses your recovery. if you arent recovering within 24-48 hours then move up a half a scoop to a scoop and roll. once you get to where you are recovering in 48 hours or less you can hammer the piss out of yourself successfully with no back tracking haha. as for the karbolyin, yeah that was way way to rich for my blood. when i was first intro to the intra products i built my own haha. i got raw hbccd and casiine hydroslate both plain powders and mixed it in with gatoraide powder or kool aid. then i moved over to vitargo and whey hydroslate until intra md became available. i have stuck with it ever since

I meant to only like your post, not thank myself LoL.

But yes Breakfast is a big meal for me. and i just wolf down as much as i can so i am not hungry in the a.m. the gum keeps me from chugging water because when i do that it comes back up with heavy lifting. Post workout I need a lot of protein, carbs and fats to keep me level. otherwise i will lose basic balance even when walking. plus, having a stomach condition keeping the stomach settled is essential to make the most of my lifts. I am a lifter that is done when i am done, not when i am tired.

I might pop a vivarin and down it with some cold coffee or water. Sometimes I use NOXplode or Magnum Opus for a preworkout, for that tingly scalp feeling lol

instead of vivarin i use Stacker2 caps. 4 for a dollar at any dollar store. basically a glorified caffeine pill. the no-xplode and the other pre workout tubs upset my stomach which is why i order bulk powders. i look like a chemist pre wo with my scale and powders lol

I like honey for a simple carb with oats during training if im getting worn out tooast or feel my blood sugar getting too low. I eat a good meal just not huge so im not too full to interfere with lifting about 45min prior and drink some coffee or a prework without much stims once n a awhile. That usually works for me, sometimes on back or legs I have to have more to eat or a glass of juice intra workout.

I usually take in some complex carbs and protein about 45 minutes or so before I train. Immediate pre-workout is usually a cup of coffee on the way to the gym.
