Re: keeping energy up for training
Pre workout drink and some carbs for me.. And I generally have a full meal an hour before my workout on top of that. If I'm tired and not focused it's usually due to lack of sleep or poor eating habits from previous days. Can't win em all but 90% of the time I'm gtg.

Re: keeping energy up for training
If I can, like to have a lighter meal maybe an hour, hour and a half before my W/O. Good protien source and some slow carbs. Pre workout is C4. Now during workouts to keep your carbs going and energy up, check out this thread:
"You don't know how strong you are until strong is your only option."

Re: keeping energy up for training
Shit bro , I wish I could eat b4 I worked out but NOPE not for I !!!
I get nausea if I have a full or somewhat full stomach . So a pre workout on an empty stomach it is !!!
I like Mr Hyde and Dr Jekyll !!! Also 1MR Vortex , or Naplam !!!
I've tried Black Powder , that shit is good !!! And Hemavol !!! That kicks my ass !!!
But that will power my whole workout !!!
Alittle TNE helps too!!!

Damn maybe that wasn't the stuff then, the stuff I'm referring to is like carbs and protein and it's pretty expensive... Hmmm I'll try and figure out what the name of it was maybe it wasn't waxy maze I heard about.

Re: keeping energy up for training
i have a big breakfast and a shake before bed. then i wake up and train. its easier on my stomach and chewing gum helps keep me from going to the bubbler and drinking too much water. pre wo is usually ephed hcl, cup of coffee, caffeine citrate powder, and yoh hcl powder. i also like to do fast acting supplementation about 45 mins before wo. during that time I stretch. post wo i stretch, ice, and shower then have lunch and a shake and then eat throughout the day. I am not conventional but it took me a long time to find what works for me.

Re: keeping energy up for training
Vertigo!!! That's what I was thinking of!! Iv got karbolyn right now but only use it when I have too.
Originally posted by guns01 View Posta company called biotest i believe makes the almost identical original version of intra md. i am pretty sure it is called surge or something like that. it is crazy crazy expensive but it is the same product as intra md with the carb source being highly branched chained cyclic dextrin and casine hdroslate(i believe). now there are many other products out there with similar ingredients that are really good also: like karbolyn and vitargo to name a few. they are worth the investment for sure
