        NO WAY. I'M GONNA GET THIS DONE NEXT CHEST DAY. THIS 245 20 TIMES WAS AFTER INCLINE. HEY FOR THE LITTLE AAS I TAKE EVERY WEEK AND IN MY 40'S I THINK ITS PREETY DARN GOOD

                        here it is me doing 245x20 times.and thats how close i grip the bar. been doing it that close since my first shoulder surgery in 2000-2001
