        i just got back from the gym... and this freak of a dood had three plates on, and his buddy was betting him he couldn't do 15, the mother phuker ended up doing 32!!!!!!!! thats sick

                ONE THING I DONT LIKE IS THE CLIPS ON THE ENDS OF THE BARS HOLDING THE WEIGHTS ON...IVE HAD TO DUMP THE WEIGHTS BEFORE

                      Yea I saw the 315x22 before. But 315x32 is insane.

                          I was with Fuzo at the gym today and he put up 225lbs a total of 25 times and could have kept going. This was after doing 6 sets of incline.

                            Most I have tried is 34 reps with 225 when I weighed 236. I have a crappy bench. When me and my buddy were at the Arnold this yr, he was in the MHP booth for bench your body weight for reps competition. He weighed in at 275, he stopped at 50 reps, and he said he had about 10 more left, but he said he got bored,lol. Granted, he does have a 620 raw bench. The boy is crazy strong.
