I love chest day . Since it's one of my toughest body parts to build up, I sometimes train it 2x a week.
With that being said I def love the barbell bench press , but I'm slowly moving to dumbbell Press as my favorite for chest .
What is your favorite chest excercise ?
Do you strictly use only free weights , or mix in cables , or maybe just cables for chest as I find they're very versatile in what you can do to build the chest ?
