yeah man esp in the hands and feet. it can turn into full blown carpal tunnel syndrom if your gh levels get high enough

I am doing high reps with DC Stretches on M/F/S Due to past shoulder injury I can not go heavy on my Chest/Shoulder
I do low reps/high weight Tue/Thu with DC stretch
Monday: Bench Press Variation
Tuesday:Squat
Wednesday:OFF
Thursday: Deadlift
Friday: Military Press
Saturday:Lower Body work
