I cycle regularly just under 10 cycles under my belt/ interested in slin
I was offfered the humalog 3 pens and i know it is a dangerous area i have dont research... i just want to know what you guys would start out as a dose for a beginner... i dont wana putmyself in danger i plan to be very carreful. any tips or even if i should forget humalog all together and go to something else please let me know.. thanks for your time.

thanks for the response bud... ill defiantely overdo the carbs is it Lantus that has the longer half-life? or do u think the pens i stated will be just fine

Mnt man knows... I belive Humalog is the shortest which is what I used my first run recently, I was very careful and I see how if could be risky but I think if you are someone who is diligent and follows what you are apposed to do ie check blood sugar and get adequate carbs it is a very simple drug to use safely...

Do t use lantus use the humalog. Lantus is a 24 hr I tried it on e was sick for two days. Start humalog 4-5 iu post workout with 15 g carbs per iu move ur way up to 10 iu with 125-150 g of carbs. Humalog is short acting you will spike andbe out of system within two hrs. Feel free to pm me if u need any answers or help hopefully. Guns will chime in here

slin is the most anabolic compound that exists currently. it is dangerous but it can be used safely and effectively. the downside to using insulin other than possibly making you a diabetic if you use to much for to long is that it will make you store a ton of bodyfat if you dont have your diet tight and to the t. it again will also kill you. stick to the log if you can and the second option would be hunilin r. those are the safest for out applications. so rule of thumb would be 10g of carbs per iu of slin and absolutely no fat intake during the window it is active. i would start off with 2ius and work your way up to 10iu at the most. that's all you truly need to get some pretty good gains

Slin can be very dangerous, but can also be used safely. I've used both Humalog and Humulin-R (first option would be Humalog) many times and always start out around 2iu post workout working my way up to about 10iu. I follow the same protocol Guns outlined above with 10 grams of carbs per iu and very minimal fat intake.
Everyone's body is different and I always say to make sure you stay tuned in with your body and how you feel while it's active in your system. I always have carbs at the ready just in case. Of course you don't want to over do the carbs, but if you start to feel hypoglycemic at only 10 grams per iu (sweating, shaky, dizzy, etc..) consume some more carbs.

i was a big insulin user...I am not sure if you listed your stats but what is your weight right now? I got up to 1iu for every 20lbs of bodyweight...i was a lean 220 so I was doing 11/time...it was alittle much for me, 5 did just fine looking back but to each his own..I also then did 10g sugar for every 1iu...Now, i have talked to many ppl that don't do as many carbs as that but they CAREFULLY tailor it to their liking...
