I try to avoid multiple shots so I stay with the longer stuff like enanthate and cyp and I will try to load as much into one barrel as I can. The most I ever shot in one barrel was 5 ccs into the delt. I pushed that baby in slowwwwww

big d I tried 5 cc in my ass cheeks and the needle took off like a rocket out my quads and it looked like a blood bath in there ouch! that happened a few times but different spots.

Mostly quads and delts for me right now.

Ive never tried hams, calves, chest, or bi's.

I wonder how much pain is associated with those areas?

I never did ham's but the rest arent bad long as its not alot of volume

you guys can eliminate all this scar tissue issue with several rounds of no shit deep tissue massage work. a person that is good at deep tissue can break up all that scar build up in 3-4 sessions and the areas will be like brand new. been doing it for years and i have no issues at all

Ive built up so much scar tissue in my right glute, As soon as i poke it, its hard to push the needle in, theres alot of pain and blood when i remove the needle too.

I do mainly quads but i hit rear delts too, no pain at all..

I got a lot of scar tissue to so I try anything that will work but mainly legs works best.

I had scar tissue in my flutes to the point my wife said the needle bounced off and didn't penetrate at all. I had also had some scar tissue in my delt which was clearly visible when I dieted down for my show in 2005. It looked like a marble was underneath the skin.

I just noticed mine the other day in my delt but it was after I pinned The blood flowed down my arm like someone opened the gates to the Hoover Damn. It was a bit crazy lol I only pin delts and glutes and I rotate, time to find another spot

Delts and quads. With quads I move from mid thigh up almost to the crest and from center to outer. By the time I get back to the same area it's about six shots later in that thigh. Delts it's almost always just medial delt, not much movement really.
