  • What's More Important To You !!!

    In order of importance to " YOU " , how would u rate these ? Remember to " You " because we all are different and out needs are different !!!

    #1 AAS
    #2 Diet & Nutrition
    #3 Training
    #4 Genetics

    For me it goes :

    1 Diet & Nutrition
    2 AAS
    3 Training
    4 Genetics

    For me food and supplements are essential and then it's def AAS .
    Training is gonna be my 3rd and I train hard !!!
    And for me Genetics isn't that important cuz I wasn't born w/ great genetics, especially for BodyBuilding !!

    Let's here it brothers !!!

    Same as you. I have positives and negatives as for my genetics. I have small bones and it's hard to gain weight, the positive being I'm always cut.

      genetics really arent to much of a concern for me because hard work and consistency can take you a long way even with crap genetics

                Guns , yes rest and sleep are very important . I really never sleep all nite . I get up every few hrs , Trensomnia !
                What if ur like me and don't sleep a lot ??? I do try to take naps and such but sleepin all nite isn't a reality for me
                Or some of my friends !

                  no naps are not a big help need 6-8 hrs of sound sleep for the body to repair

                        prime nutrition sleep gh
                        blackstone labs anethestized (sp)
                        homemade combo of melatonin(sp), valarine root and gaba. add in some cjc w/o dac and sermalin also and get another nice bump in gh production

                        when i prep to compete, the addition of cardio keeps me so tired that i sleep really really well. the above products will put your lights out big time. some people have to play around with the doses a bit and if you get the dose right it works and you dont feel like ass when you wake up

                              You cant change your genetics just work with it, so cant worry about that very much. Rest is very important, but you only have so many hours in a day and i just hardly sleep much anyway. So just have to suck it up sometimes.
