brother you are more of a man than i am. i have done a couple calve hits in my day and i tolerate pain like no ones business but damn if it dont hurt for days. i have even tried hitting them then training the crap out of them to get the oil moving around in the area. nope no dice. this was many many years ago and with straight out the pharm stuff also so i know it wasnt the compounds causing the issues. also on the tri hit, most including me move it a tad more higher and in the outer head. gives a big bump i think to the most pronnounced part of the horse shoeTGBSupplements REP

OMG that chest pictures gives me the willys. I dont know if i can handle doing chest, I mean I do use 25Gx1 inch but maybe ill do 27G there, im not a puss for pain but that looks freaky!Comment
