wew mtnman you pin the vastila medius head? no way in hell i would ever pin inner part of the quad or the tear drop. i have always stayed upper out quadrant on mine. their is a ton of stuff to hit the further inside you get not to mention the pain if it lumps up. i have a crazy high pain tolerance but no way haha
